I am Malathi Karthikeyan, a passionate educator with over 20+ years of experience in innovating the teaching ecosystem. With an M.A. and M.Ed. from Measi College of Education, Chennai, where I served as Captain of the Economics Department, I have cultivated a strong academic and leadership foundation.
As the founder of MK Educational Training Academy, registered with the Central Government and recognized by the World Skill Council, AMI, and British Learning I have trained over 1,000 teachers, conducted numerous offline workshops, and delivered more than 75 online sessions across a variety of educational topics. Recognized by Cambridge University as the “Best Learning Moments Creator,” I also hold certifications in Primary Classroom Teaching from Alpha Montessori and as a Certified Phonics Trainer through ALPHICS Phonics, along with international accreditation in Montessori education.
My journey includes roles as Academic Coordinator and Vice Principal in a CBSE school, where I refined my skills in curriculum development, teacher mentoring, and innovative teaching strategies. My mission is to empower educators into confident, qualified teachers, who contribute to shaping the advancement of education.
